Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason. This period starts on the day you, or a third party designated by you, physically receive the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us before the 14-day period expires by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, by email to info@cockershop.com).

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be unused and undamaged
Be in its original, undamaged packaging
Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken (e.g. grooming products, shampoo, ear or eye drops)
Products that are custom-made or personalized

How do I return a product?

Report your return via info@cockershop.com, stating your order number.
You will receive a confirmation from us with further instructions.
Pack the product carefully, preferably in its original packaging.
Send the package to the return address we provide you.

After reporting your return, you have 14 days to actually send the product back.

Return Costs

The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, unless stated otherwise below.

In the case of a defect, an incorrectly delivered product, or a product that does not match the order, the return costs are always at our expense. In that case, contact us via info@cockershop.com, and we will provide a return label.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days (including the standard shipping costs of the original delivery). The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to place the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Did you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@cockershop.com, along with a photo of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.

Cancelling an Order

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible via info@cockershop.com, stating your order number. If your order has already been shipped, you can make use of your right of withdrawal as described above.
